The fan meeting, although similar to the other Asia Tour, is still very exciting. When we came to our seat, the screen was playing some video clips: the making of Black Engine ads, Toucholic, annd Doremi MV. Our seats were great: on the 2nd row. The people on our sides, front and back were all Korean eels (which is nice, because Sukkie often looked our way... *grins*)
Since it's similar to singapore, I'm not gonna say much about it. Just things I remember.
He's really very close to the Korean eels. When the MC was talking, the eels in front of us (I think they're from Keungall) called out to him. He pointed at each one of them and jokingly made a “you're-out” gesture. The eels laughed and saluted him, which he replied with a killer smile at them... *and how lucky we were to be right behind them, so we could see it clearly...
but it also made the pic I took blur… hahaha…*
And then in the Q&A section, the MC was asking him about going to Lan Kwai Fong. He tried to say it with straight face (but the playful twinkle in his eyes betrayed him… ah, so cuteeee… ) that he planned to go tonight but they arranged his schedule to tight so he would just stay in his room tonight… hahaha… the grin on his face said he knew the eels wouldn’t believe him, and he knew they knew he was kidding. The bond of the jangers and the jangermaster… *grins*
The HK fans made a surprise for him. Just before he sang goodbye, they asked him to turn around to the screen. On it they played the video they made, about how Sukkie would be as a husband. Since it was in Cantonese, I could only guess what they’re trying to say…
On it, there are pics of Sukkie and Hongki. I think they’re comparing him? Then one of the fans wore a Homer Simpson mask and pretended to be hongki… hahaha… and in one of the scene there’s a mommy, and her son. And the son shouted “Appa” to him… hahaha… he was laughing so hard during the whole wonderful video. Afterwards he was asked to turn toward the audience, and we all waved the red roses in the air. Must be a sight to see. I was impressed when I looked back; he would be even more so seeing it from the stage. Afterwards, the HK eels presented him with a rose bouquet (he leaned forward to take it from their hands himself, although the staff had already reached out for the bouquet to give to him), a scrapbook and a Tiffany box. He opened the box, found a ring inside and put it in his little finger. It stayed there the whole night! *Ahhh, I just love how he appreciates the fans…
Too bad during the game session the questions were asked in Cantonese, so there’s no hope for us. And it took so long that he reminded the fans to play fair and to be fast because there’s still some more he wanted to show in the fan meeting. One of the questions was is it right that he has 3 laptop computers. In Singapore, the answer was no. But now, it’s true! Because when he arrived in Hong Kong, some fans gave him a brand new laptop computer. They heard his PC laptop was in a bad condition and he said he’s going to replace it, so they gave it to him (that’s the answer of your question, tofu, on what white thing he was holding during the pic…). There were only 2 winners this time… and neither got a hug (even though one of them asked for it) because he wore a heavy necklace that would hurt the girl if he hugged her.
And it was so funny that usually the eels were calling out his name when he went backstage? But for sexy back, all of them were calling out “sexy back! Sexy back!”
There is another surprise for him: the heart paper. Remember in OFC how Mused asked the eels to write their message for Sukkie to be folded into heart shape? They put all those papers in a big transparent box, with a bow, and presented it to Sukkie, after they made another video about the eels’ love for him. And how every time the eels saw stars, we would be reminded of him. Then he was asked to turn around to the audience again, and this time, we waved the lighted stars at him. OMG, it was really a great scene. All dark, only blue stars with his name on it waving left and right.
And yeah, he said he had a present for Hong Kong since it’s the last stop of his Asia Tour. He sang Ohtokajo, which he never sang anywhere else. He asked for pardon because it’s his first time singing it live and asked the fans to sing it together with him. I was already jumping up and down when he said he’s gonna sing a song from You’re Beautiful he never sang before and I kept saying “OMG, ohtokajo! Ohtokajo!”... And he looked quite surprised and pleased when he offered the mic to the fans direction and heard the fans sang it loudly. Ah, too bad I was too excited that I didn’t even remember to take video of it… But I’m sure there will be some floating somewhere because I saw some fans took video of it.
Oh, one more thing… during the scene when he called one fan up the stage and sang Still, suddenly the Korean eel beside Luna called out to me, and said “is she crying?” I looked at her, and sure enough tears were streaming down her face… The Korean eel looked to shocked, so I just sighed and nodded… hahaha… But lucky for us that Luna cried. Because afterwards, the Korean eel pulled two dwaejitokki small toys out and gave them to us! I asked her why she cried like that. She said because it’s so unbelievable that she got to sit on the second row and see Sukkie so close…
